The renovation created open workspaces, private offices, collaborative meeting areas, and employee amenities while preserving warehouse operations and improving connectivity between departments.
As Vork Brothers Painting continued to grow, its existing office space could no longer support the expanding team and evolving needs of the business. To accommodate future growth and create a more collaborative work environment, the company partnered with Journey Construction Group to renovate a portion of its warehouse into a modern office space while maintaining ongoing warehouse operations.
The project transformed previously underutilized warehouse space into a bright, welcoming office environment designed to improve communication, productivity, and employee experience. Large windows provide abundant natural daylight throughout the space, creating an open and inviting atmosphere for team members and visitors alike.
The completed renovation features eight workstations within an open office layout, five private glass-front offices, a large conference room, and a community gathering area equipped with a refrigerator and sink. Strategic planning allowed half of the warehouse to remain operational while creating seamless connections between the new office, warehouse operations, and existing office spaces.
