This commercial general contractor project features four custom built suites in total. The Jenison Professional Office Building is 11,660 SQFT, consisting of a dental office, counseling office, a professional cleaning service, and fourth professional office space. Journey Construction completed this project from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting, building a custom white box space for multiple tenants. Journey customized each space to fit individual tenant needs, allowing for a variety of businesses to occupy the space and meet the growing demands in their industry. This design-build project sits in a prime location within distance to the growing Hudsonville, Jenison, and Grandville areas. With ample parking and a sleek design to fit into the surrounding neighborhoods of residential and commercial buildings.
