Journey Construction Group partnered with Fifth Wheel Freight Logistics to expand and upgrade their interior space of 19,000 SQFT. Their current workspace needed a refresh with updated flooring, paint, and offices. In addition, JCG upgraded their communal rooms to open, modern spaces to boost employee morale. JCG re-designed the open layout break room to feature the new appliances and sitting areas. Journey also upgraded the restrooms and conference areas to give their space a complete remodel. This project was spaced out into two phases in order to work around employee’s and in-use spaces.
Fifth Wheel Freight recognized their need for an upgraded space for their employees. By renovating previous spaces to better accommodate employee growth and the need for new offices. Journey brought the vision to life by updating all communal spaces, offices, and remodeling areas to better fit the space.
An open layout between areas and the communal break room allows for employees to feel comfortable in their work day. Journey also built conference room spaces for more collaboration.
