This 11,660 SQFT commercial general contractor project at Jenison Professional Office Building features four custom built suites in total. CVH Family Dentistry occupies almost half of the total suite, featuring 14 state-of-the-art private dental suites, x-ray rooms, and a large waiting and reception area. The space was designed to fit their growing team and expand their occupancy rate with three dentists and a large staff of dental hygienists. Inside, the space is filled with natural light and custom wood features to bring warmth and a family-friendly atmosphere. Modern touches include the lighting fixtures, new and advanced technology, and a sleek clinical area.
CVH Family Dentistry did not have enough space to accommodate their current growth rate of patients. They added a third dentist and their total team and patient count has grown significantly. Journey Construction Group came with a solution. As the design builder, Journey helped tailor the space to their needs to build for growth. With over 8,000 active patients, this new space brought a large, open space with 14 private dental offices, a large circular reception, modern waiting room, and x-ray and examination rooms.
The development intended to provide professional services to meet the needs of the growing communities. Journey Construction helped build from the ground up, tailoring the design to fit for future tenants. With the dentist office set in stone, Journey built the rest of the space as white box until tenants planned their move. As the other tenants designed their space, Journey was able to tailor each suite to the exact proximity and specifications they needed.
