Journey Construction Group partnered with ADAC Automotive, a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier, to serve as Owner’s Representative for the development of their new Innovation Center. Designed to support ADAC’s continued growth and product advancement, the facility functions as a collaborative hub for engineering, product development, validation, and laboratory testing. The project included the construction of a 24,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building addition, bringing the total building area to approximately 40,000 square feet. The new Innovation Center provides ADAC with modern, purpose-built space to foster innovation, streamline testing capabilities, and support the development of next-generation automotive technologies.

Journey Construction Group partnered with ADAC as Owner’s Representative for the development of the 56,000-square-foot headquarters, designed to create a modern and engaging workplace for approximately 175 employees. The facility features open, collaborative workspaces that support communication between administrative and engineering teams while strengthening company culture and trust. Together, the World Headquarters and Innovation Center represent ADAC’s continued investment in growth, innovation, and providing a high-quality environment for their team.
